Service professionals are expected to maintain honesty and integrity when presenting their services on NRI Planet. This means

• Listing your services in appropriate categories.
• Accurately stating the location where your services will be provided.
• Avoid misleading titles or descriptions that misrepresent your service.
• Not using brand names or unrelated keywords that could create confusion or mislead users.
• Ensure that all information in your profile is factual and not fraudulent.

Any false, misleading, or inappropriate content may result in your account being restricted, suspended, or removed from the platform entirely.

Fee Evasion is strictly prohibited

Service providers/professionals may not use any methods that attempt to bypass or avoid fees charged by NRI Planet. This includes

• Providing links to third-party websites that allow users to purchase services directly, bypassing our platform.
• Posting duplicate services or identical offers repeatedly to manipulate visibility.
• Charging additional fees (like travel expenses) that weren’t disclosed up front.
• Offering to complete services offline or outside of NRI Planet’s system to avoid paying platform fees.
• Advertising unrelated or unauthorized services using your profile or username.

Violations of these rules may result in blacklisting, forfeiture of pending payments, and permanent account termination.

Promote Fair Use and Ensure a Safe Platform

We strive to create a positive, trustworthy environment for all users. Service providers/professionals must

• Only request payment methods approved by NRI Planet.
• Avoid including inappropriate or misleading links in profiles or service listings.
• Do not use excessive HTML or JavaScript in listings.
• Avoid any kind of contests, giveaways, or lotteries that are not approved.
• Refrain from using offensive language or profanities in any content.
• Not endorse or promote third-party companies excessively in your postings.
• Only post services that are legal, appropriate, and in line with the platform’s offerings.

Consent to Communication

By registering on NRI Planet, service providers/ professionals agree to be contacted through various means, including phone calls, SMS, email, or other electronic communications—even if their number is registered on a Do Not Disturb list like the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).

Consequences of Rule Violations

NRI Planet may take action against service providers/ professionals who violate any of these terms, which may include

• Removing your listing.
• Limiting access to certain features or tools.
• Suspending or terminating your account.
• Withholding or reversing payments earned from offending listings.
• Downgrading your profile status or reputation on the platform.

Rules for Service Users

1. Fair Use of Services

Service Users are expected to act in good faith when using the platform. Users must not

• Book services without the intention of paying.
• Seek services without planning to follow through.
• Agree to terms only to disrupt a service or cause issues for professionals.
• Misuse any tools or features provided by NRI Planet.

2. Consequences of Violation

NRI Planet reserves the right to:

• Cancel your service requests.
• Restrict or suspend your user account.
• Downgrade your profile status or remove earned feedback scores.

Use of Submitted Content

1. No Expectation of Confidentiality

By posting or submitting content (like reviews, profiles, or service requests) on NRI Planet, you acknowledge that the platform offers no guarantee of confidentiality. Your content may be shared, displayed, or published publicly unless otherwise stated.

If your submissions are meant to locate a professional—like a legal or healthcare provider—please note that any confidentiality those professionals owe does not extend to NRI Planet itself.

Timeline and Document Policy

Please note

• Each university or college may have unique requirements for document formats. They may request additional paperwork at any stage.
• We do not retain any documents on behalf of institutions. Once your documents are submitted, processing typically takes time.

Important

• If any submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, your application will be canceled immediately with no refund, and you may face legal consequences.
• If the final payment due is not made within a week, we reserve the right to report the case to the relevant credit bureau or local authorities for legal action.

Our Commitment

NRI Planet serves as a facilitator for users to connect with professionals, institutions, and services. We assist in processing applications, submitting forms, and navigating systems, not in delivering services directly ourselves unless explicitly stated.
